Napkin Sketch Stage App Reviews

Like most apps, it does require more in app purchases to unlock the bells and whistles. Very useful for checking and discussing stage layout. While not perfect the images are pretty good for roughing in space requirements. I wish it had a better filing system and more generic instruments, people, and gear.

This has the potential to be a great little app. I dont mind paying extra for some of the elements, but I wish there was a way to resize them! The frequent crashes are annoying too. I hope well get an update soon!

On iPad. After filling out the first few lines and open I couldnt Find instructions and could not see how to delete unwanted sketch.

Great app! One thing that would make it a lot better is having a guitar package. Right now you can only get guitars by adding a person in to the photo. Both should be offered separately as well. My band has several guitars and it would be beneficial to have that option. This one package would increase my ranking to 5 stars!

A waste of time and money. Useless.

Seriously, this app is terrible. Was hoping to use it to make a serious stage plot for my band, but its very unprofessional. It costs $2 to start and hardly any items are included. It would cost another $14 just to get the complete version and youd still end up with a goofy looking stage plot. Dont buy this if you want a serious stage plot!!

What is this nonsense? I download this thinking I’m going to be able to make a professional stage plot. Wrong. First off, you need to pay like an additional $15 to even get all of the graphics. Secondly, the graphics are totally cheese-ball and you can’t even tell what half of them are supposed to be. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!

This App gets no stars from me do to every other thing you try to use the app wants $1.99 for this pack or that pack. When it is all said and done you could buy the software the pros use. Dont waste your time or money.

This app is something I would use all the time except even with the pro upgrade its missing some essential things--like keyboard stands, overhead mics, boom mics at standing level, wedge monitors, wind and brass instruments (they do have sax & trumpet--but with cartoonish characters attached; no trombone, flute, clarinet, bari sax, etc…) and upright acoustic bass (again without the character). Also when I sent the first finished Stage Plot to my email, the app froze on the email page, forcing me to delete the app and reinstall; thus losing all of my work.

I wrote a long review and it couldnt be uploaded The first time so Im going to give a quick synopsis. Its a piece of crap that doesnt function and the company is dishonest enough to charge more money for the most basic things that are needed to use it. It crashed the first time I touched it and after opening it again the second item I wanted to use a simple kick drum had to be purchased for a $1.99. I tested emailing the clot and the App completely froze. This company is trying to sell you an item that hasnt been developed an item that doesnt work plus theyre trying to trap you into buying more things just to get it to function in the most basic manner. Its like buying a car and then finding out that you have to pay for the keys in order to drive it off the lot. I want my money back!

Why sell a stage plot app and not include anything to put on the stage? All of the instruments, mics, etc need to be bought separately and they look amateurish & unprofessional. I should have read the reviews before I bought the app. Dont waste your money on this like I did.

Seriously guys, add more items such as lighting.

I paid for all of the upgrades and they are gone. All of my stage plots that were saved are gone as well. I would like my money back please!!

I bought a few different add ones and they are gone. Every time I try to use them, it tries to resell them to me. I want a refund or free upgrade. Update: 2016/April Our saved stage plots continue to NOT be saved in folder and the product is still trying to get me to repurchase the upgrades. Do not buy this head ache
